The property is located at the gates of the designated 'Parc Regional Du Perche' with its beautiful villages and magnificent chateaux and manoirs. From Easter until October there are antique and brocante street markets every weekend in the villages of the area. The Wednesday and Sunday morning markets at Brou are renowned in the area. Visit the local historic towns of 'Belleme' (and its famous artisan chocolate factory!) and 'Mortagne le Perche' with its stunning mansions. Stop en route from Paris to visit the charming old town and most admired cathedral in France at Chartres. The chateaux of the 'Loire' including magnificent 'Chambord' and the ancient towns of 'Blois' and 'Vendome' are a comfortable return day trip from La Sablonniere. Click for next page
